Operating since 1993

Akcern Holding was founded in 1993. From our headquarters at Vagharsh Vagharshyan 12 in Yerevan, five autonomous firms operate alongside the brokerage: legal, valuation, architecture, design, and construction departments.

We were the first Armenian real-estate company to deliver fully online search and transaction support. In 2003 we received the "World Quality Commitment International Gold Star" award.
